Bought this in excellent faith. Amazon shipping time was fantastic. Product quality is poor. When received, setup per lessons manaul. Inserted headset and no sound from headset. Internal speakers still worked. Contacted Pyramat support. After several e-mails, Pyramat support indicated the unit should be replaced and I should return it to Amazon. [...]
