I bought these chairs for my two sons 12 & 13 for Easter. The chairs looked fantastic and the boys really loved them for about 3 weeks when we were sitting in our game room one day and I heard this dreadful snap. My son was leaning back in the chair playing a video game and suddenly he was on the floor on his back. I unzipped the cover to see why the chair back had broken and couldn’t believe my eyes…the chair is made of thick styrofoam. The same stuff disposable coffee cups are made of. What a waste of $$$. The next week the 2nd chair broke the same exact way. The styrofoam must not handle the stress of gamers over any length of time. I suppose if you just sat in them and did not lean back – they might last a full 2 months, better yet don’t let anyone sit in them and they’ll possibly last until the styrofoam deteriorates. Don’t waste your money…I’m glad I’m here to help the next person.
