Nice chair, lousy customer service

I bought a pair of these for my game room. I like them because they’re a small off the floor (excellent for us older folks). They fit a normal sized adult just fine and they’re honestly comfortable. The speakers sound excellent. Only problem is the wireless transmitter works on batteries and only lasts 10 or so hours. The wireless transmitter has a 3v input, but I had problems finding an AC adapter that didn’t end up causing buzzing in the sound received at the chair.
One of my chairs had a defective speaker. The manufacturer had a huge sticker on the chair saying to call them 1st in case of distress. Well all I got was an answering machine and they never did return my call. Opportunely Amazon came to the rescue and paid for return shipping and sent me a new chair which works fine.
